We have a dream. And a mission.

The dream is to see everyone happy at their workplace. Too idealistic? Unreal? Well, we did say it's a dream.

The mission is to assist our fellow lawyers be happy at work. That's doable, yes? So, will you help us fulfill our mission?

And this is our Task Force!

Coach: Jayantika Ganguly

Jayantika - better known as Jay - is a corporate lawyer, coach, international Sherlockian and author. She graduated from NUJS, Kolkata in 2008, and has spent twelve years in three of the top law firms in India - Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM), Khaitan & Co (KCO) and J. Sagar & Associates (JSA). She is a qualified coach with several domestic and international certifications to her name. She is also the General Secretary and Editor for the Sherlock Holmes Society of India, the first (and only) Indian member of the Baker Street Irregulars, New York, and several other international Sherlockian societies. She is a published author as well.

Anuj is the co-founder of Amicus Partners, a legal education consultancy firm. He graduated from NUJS, Kolkata in 2009, after which he worked as a litigating lawyer in Delhi. A few years later, he moved to the news site Bar & Bench where he focused on legal education and litigation. Over the next five years, he oversaw an expansion of the site’s readership to nearly a million hits per month. In 2016, he was invited by UNCITRAL APAC to speak at a conference on legal education in South Korea.
